Returns

General Information

If you are not satisfied with items purchased through craze-fashion.com, you may return it to the address below. Returns will be accepted within 30 days from the purchase date. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment, less shipping and handling. We will refund or exchange item, provided that the item is not altered, washed, worn, damaged, or soiled and with all original tags attached.

Refunds will be issued for online orders only. In store purchases will receive in-store credit.

We do not accept returns of exchanges on undergarments, lingerie, stockings, bandeaus, bralettes, bodysuits, catsuits, jewelry, body piercings, fragerances, cosmetics, sunglasses, beanies and discounted items. 

Return Shipping

Purchaser is responsible for return shipping. We can issue a prepaid Return Label upon request. If a prepaid return label is issued, we will deduct the cost of the return from the refund amount due.

We cannot issue a prepaid Return label for purchases made through the following platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Meta
