Shipping & Pick Up

General Information

We ships to all 50 states in the United States. We are a US based company and all our products ship from one of our facilities located in the United States.

Shipping Process Time

Orders are processed, handled, and shipped Monday-Friday, excluding select Holidays. Orders may take 1-3 days of processing time. 

After the order ships, purchaser will receive confirmation that the order has been processed and shipped via email or text. Once the order has been shipped, purchaser will receieve a tracking number for the order via email or text. 

Domestic deliveries may take anywhere between 2-14 days once it ships, depending on carrier and final destination. We have noticed delays in deliveries due to disasters such as wildfires, storms, etc. 

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs include packaging and handling.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse shipment from, purchaser will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package back to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit and/or refund issued.

Pick Up

We offer pick up from our locations in Modesto/Ceres. For pick up at store option, select "Pick Up" when in Check Out.

We will text or email purchaser when the item is ready for pick up. Orders many take between one hour to 24 hours depending on inventory and availability.

After arriving to our location, give us a call and we can bring out the order to the car. For Modesto/Ceres pick up, dial 209-581-0151. Please be prepared to show ID and proof of purchase during pick up. Pick up ID name must match the name of purchaser, unless otherwise authorized by one of our team members.

Return Shipping

Purchaser is responsible for return shipping. We can issue a prepaid Return Label upon request. If a prepaid return label is issued, we will deduct the cost of the return from the refund amount due.

*We cannot issue a prepaid return label for purchases made from the following platforms: Facebook,Instagram, Meta.

Lost Package Claims

When available, we will assist in working with the carrier to complete a claims process. Please note, claims can take up to 90 days to complete depending on shipping carrier used.

Craze Fashion does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered. 

Out of Stock Items

If the order includes multiple items and one or more of the items are out of stock, we will issue a refund for the "out of stock item" to purchaser's original form of payment and ship the rest of the order.

Fraud Prevention

Due to many frauduelent orders, shipping address must match billing address. If the shipping and billing address are not the same, the order will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued back to the original form of payment.

If you wish to ship to an address different from billing address, payment must be made via PayPal, Amazon Pay, or Shop Pay.
